Customer must sign below to accept terms and conditions
1. We will assist with warranty but the warranty company will be responsible for any possible terms and conditions regarding warranty.
2. We will assist with transportation of truck however the transportation company will be responsible for any possible terms and conditions.
3. Deposits are wire only. Any other form of payment is negotiable.
4. No Trade-Ins accepted, but we may able to refer you to one of our dealerships.
5. No refunds once the trucks is funded. We will make sure you are 100% confident before purchase of truck with all items and conditions.
6. We work with a finance company that will be responsible for any terms and conditions regarding finance.
7. If the registration fee varies from the amount you have estimated on the front of this agreement, then the cash price delivered shall change accordingly.
8.We will assist you with commercial truck insurance however the insurance company will be responsible for terms and agreement. Send us a message we are waiting to hear from you!
9. DEPOSITS SECURES TRUCK AND GUARANTEES CLEAN INSPECTION. ALL DEALS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. From Customer, Driver, or your own mechanic. After customer’s service requirements are fully completed, any further repairs/service would be responsible of the customer and their warranty.
10. No Price Matching after deposit is submitted.
11. After approval and/or passed pre purchase inspection the customer decides not to complete transaction for whatever reason deposit will be refunded. Current approval must be terminated and customer wouldn’t be allowed to complete purchase with present dealer or else the deposit can be kept or pursued by LGI Trucks.
